The origin of the name Sihana goes back to an ancient language, and it translates to “like the moon”. Moon represents mystery and cyclical change. Our client, inspired by the name, created an oasis where all guests can enjoy healthy food and comforting drinks while being surrounded by creative art, books, and simple but vivid decor. Much like the moon goes through its different phases, so does Sihana’s concept. Different phases can represent different things such as hopes and dreams, growth and expansion, creativity and light. All these elements can be found in the past and present life of diverse communities in Newark and all of them are represented here. Come to taste and see Sihana!
